“Located in the heart of Soho, Rapha’s Cycle Club will be a home for the sport and culture of road cycling, a meeting place for road riders. Along with live screenings of road races and a full calendar of events, the Cycle Club will be an emporium of Rapha clothing and accessories with food, drink and fine coffee available to enjoy.”
I went down on the opening night however, it was a little too heaving to get a sense of things. None the less – a return visit is going to be a must!
If you’d like to take a look it is on 85 Brewer Street, Soho. (Google Maps Link)
Pictures are by James Purssell (apart from the first one!)

In the top photo, I see people chaining bikes to railings outside. Does that mean they don’t have facilities for bikes?
Lee Kilby says
Come and park your bike at H2 round the corner on Broadwick Street 😉
YG says
I’ve visited the place this week and they have the facility to hang your bike inside the store.
Steve says
No special bike racks from what saw on Friday night. A few light posts to chain to though.
Andreas says
In general that area isn’t great for cycle parking. There’s a cyclehoop nearby or H2 if you want to hire space there!
howradmichello says
hmm, secure cycle parking please..
(or at least more Cycle Hoop)
Graham Hutson says
Bike hangars are located within the cafe
Hanry says
14 hangers in fact. Which is more space then any bike shop has allocated for bikes.

Popped along at lunchtime yesterday – looks good but rather bizarrely they have signs outside on the railings saying ‘please don’t lock your bikes on the railings outside the Rapha Cafe’ – anti-cycling tactics from a cycling shop – interesting!
It does say that you can take bikes inside, but not a great solution when there are lots of cyclists.
As for the comment about parking your bike at H2 – that’s not free, so not really a great suggestion.
Pete says
I imagine the edict about not locking your bike to the railings is from the landlord rather than from Rapha. That would be my guess anyway.

Interesting. I have been waiting for a Rapha store to open up, will have to make a beeline on the way home one of these days…
